Nine residences. A distinct point of view. 30 North Park earns Americas Property Awards recognition.
Updated: 3 hours ago
Nine residences can make a strong statement. At 30 North Park in Winter Garden, the ambition was to create a small collection of homes with a clear identity: distinctive design, generous living, and a connection to the life around them.
That work has earned recognition in the 2026–2027 Americas Property Awards, part of the International Property Awards program. The project is an award winner in Florida in two categories: Residential Development, 2–9 Units, and Architecture Multiple Residence.
For Urban Hideaway®, the significance reaches beyond the award itself. A small development asks every decision to carry its weight. The relationship to the street, the rhythm of the homes, the interior proportions and the material choices all contribute to the experience. There is room for individuality, but the collection must still feel like a whole.
The result reflects the work of a project team aligned around that vision. CynerGreen Partners + Urban Hideaway® leads development vision and design direction, bringing together the architectural, construction and specialist expertise needed to carry a place from concept to completion.
There is another chapter ahead. We remain in consideration for additional recognition in Miami on November 20, 2026. That result has not yet been announced, and we look forward to sharing the outcome after the event.
For now, we are celebrating the recognition already earned—and the people whose work made it possible. Explore 30 North Park to see the design story behind the residences.
