A dream that extends beyond the home: Huddle’s 2027 community recognition

Huddle has been named the 2027 Dream Home Community by the Home Builders Association of Lake-Sumter. For our team, the recognition is an opportunity to share the larger idea behind this Eustis community: consider the home and the life around it together.

The planned community brings together 48 townhomes and approximately 9,000 square feet of commercial space. The Cool Eats microdistrict is envisioned as a collection of dining and gathering experiences that adds another dimension to daily life. Shared outdoor spaces, a walking trail and a planned pickleball pavilion give the community a rhythm beyond the front door.

That rhythm matters. A well-designed home supports privacy and comfort. A well-considered neighborhood also offers choices: somewhere to move, somewhere to pause, and opportunities for a casual conversation to become a familiar connection.
